Each appraiser specializes in specific areas of our 13 county-wide service area.

Lake Areas, Midtown Metro, Highrise, Multifamily, Rehab Properties,
Historic, Single-Family and the Suburban area.

Donald C. Meier, Founder/President- Appraising since 1972. Currently certified in Missouri and Kansas. VA approved.

R. Cameron Miller, Vice President / Operations Manager- Appraising since 1991. Currently certified in Missouri. FHA & VA approved. 

James L. Bean- Appraising since 1981. Currently certified in Kansas and Missouri.   FHA & VA
approved. 

Larry D. Lewis- Appraising since 1984.  Currently certified in Missouri. FHA & VA approved.

Sammy R. Lograsso- Appraising since 1984.  Currently certified in Missouri. FHA approved.

Lee Hammond- Appraising since 1985.  Currently certified in Kansas. FHA
approved.  

Larry L. Brewer- Appraising since 2000. Currently working toward certification in Missouri.
